Purpose

Why personal data is collected

Personal data collected via our contact form is retained as long as necessary to maintain contact with you in relation to the delivery of requested services or existing agreements. Information collected in connection with the ordering of products and services, which are subject to the Accounting Act, is retained as long as we are legally obligated to do so.

What personal data is processed

Your IP address, browser, operating system, broadband provider, as well as data on visited subpages and date/time of the visit are (via cookies) collected and stored for the purpose of website analysis. In connection with orders or use of our contact form, your name, telephone number (landline and/or mobile), email address, postal address (and any other information you voluntarily provide via the contact form) may also be processed.

It is entirely voluntary to provide personal data on our website. Disclosure to third parties

The information will never be disclosed or made available to any third party outside ROBITO AS. Outsiders can only access the information if it is necessary to perform certain services for ROBITO AS, such as Google Inc in connection with the use of the analytics tool Google Analytics, Facebook in connection with advertising, when registering services on behalf of the customer, or for accounting purposes.

We use both Klarna and Vipps as our checkout providers. This means we may transfer your personal data in the form of contact and order details to them when the checkout is loaded, so that Klarna/Vipps can manage your purchase. Your personal data transferred is processed in accordance with Klarna’s own privacy policy / Vipps’ own privacy policy.

All personal data collected is stored on physically secured computers and servers, connected to highly protective firewalls, with all data traffic encrypted (SSL). If information is printed on physical paper, it will be destroyed shortly after and once it is no longer needed to perform a service for you.
