The Speed Skate is a robust semi-softboot speed skate, offering a fine balance between stability and flexibility. The outer shells around the ankle, heel, and toe cap are made of shock-absorbing plastic (TPE) that can take a hit. The skate provides substantial support for the ankle and heel while also protecting the toes.
The boot is a combination of durable polyester ripstop and PVC leather sections. It is soft and comfortable on the inside, thanks to high-density foam, and is equipped with warm Thinsulate® lining.
These are low blades with a high-cut shoe design. With low blades, you are a few centimeters closer to the ice compared to high blades, which provides more stability. The high-cut shoe also ensures additional stability. Low blades are very suitable for long distances and tours.
The foot size is adjustable across 4 sizes using the push button on the heel, making it ideal for growing children. (Note: The skates run small, so if in doubt, purchase one size larger.)
The skates feature a two-sided quick closure, Velcro strap, and lace-up closure so you can fully customize the fit to your preference.
The stainless steel blades are pre-sharpened.
